The
licensed real estate agents of
Catskill's Buyer Agency are the only
professional agents in the Sullivan
County Real Estate area who work
exclusively for the buyer. Our
sole purpose is to help our clients
locate desirable property that meets
their clients needs and
expectations. One of the most
beautiful places in New York State,
and only 90 minutes from NYC.
It
is famous for its breath taking
scenery, its deep blue lake
surrounded by high majestic
mountains. We act as your
professional representatives though
every step of the home buying
process from writing offers to the
close of escrow. We provide a
virtual concierge service for our
clients, unburdening them from many
of the agonizing details of buying
and moving. Most important to
homebuyers is that our service costs
no more than buying from a selling
agent. |

Founded in 1991 by
Judith Haas Siegel, Catskill's Buyer Agency
was formed to meet the real estate needs of

a "Buyer's Agent" since 1991. During that
time she has helped find homes for her

what the buyer says and finding what
the buyer wants. Her insight, high
energy and commitment to her client's
satisfaction have been the cornerstone of
her successful business.

hotel in the Beaverkill region of Livingston
Manor. She worked there until 1986 when the
hotel was sold and she began her career in
real estate. She is married to Gary Siegel,
